No. RoomVision AI uses high-quality product photos as the reference. You upload your existing product images and our AI handles the rest — perspective, lighting, and scale.

Yes. Compliant with GDPR, UK GDPR, and international privacy laws. We use EU data centers, unsubscribe links in every email, cookie consent, and fully deletable lead data.

Terms of Service | RoomVision AI

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RoomVision AI service operated by Alsa LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

RoomVision AI provides an embeddable AI-powered furniture visualization widget for e-commerce websites. The service includes the visualization engine, email capture functionality, automated retargeting sequences, analytics dashboard, and related features as described on our website.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase.
Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
We accept major credit cards and direct debit (SEPA) for EU customers.
Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is added based on your country of registration.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

4. Usage limits

The Professional plan includes up to 1,000 visualizations per month. If you approach or exceed your limit, we will notify you. Your widget remains active — we do not cut off service mid-month. Continued excess usage may require an upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
No contract, no exit fees, no questions asked.
Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation per GDPR and applicable privacy requirements.
Refunds are available for the current billing period if requested within 7 days of charge.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the product images you upload.
You must comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable data protection laws when using captured email addresses.
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm our systems or other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

7. Intellectual property

The RoomVision AI service, including its software, algorithms, and design, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your product images and catalog data. AI-generated visualizations may be used freely by you and your customers for personal and commercial purposes related to your products.

8. Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. Professional plan customers receive priority support via email. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
